Kitte Carter, our President, was quoted in the Tallahassee Democrat on “Skills the deciding factor in who’s recruited today”.

The improvement in manufacturing isn’t just limited to the Big Bend.  Kitte Carter, president of MRINetwork’s Management Recruiters of Tallahassee, sees it in other markets the company serves.  “There is a lot of pent-up demand and we are also seeing a resilience in the labor market,” Carter said.  Even if a job applicant is not a candidate for a salaried position, she recommends exploring an hourly position because many firms need to fill those skilled positions and are having difficulty doing it.  Later, those Individuals can move up in the company and get a salaried job.

“There really are opportunities right now,” Carter said. “It’s really good news if we could just get the word out.”
