JOB SUMMARY
This position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager and is responsible for the general and specific job duties as described below.

QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY TO DO THE JOB
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent years of experience. 
• Experience in computer skills such as Microsoft Word or Excel
• Previous experience as a HR recruiting, technical role preferred.
• Minimum three years work experience in automotive manufacturing desired.

MAIN DUTIES
• Maintain confidentiality in all dealings.
• Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings.
• Create & maintain job descriptions database.
• Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine effectiveness of recruiting plans.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
• Post openings internally, externally, with professional organizations, and in other appropriate venues.
• Locate and document where to find ideal candidates.
• Coordinate college recruiting initiatives and attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
• Manage the use of external recruiters and headhunters.
• Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirement.
• Conduct prescreening interviews as well as assist in interviewing and selecting employees’ onsite.
• Perform reference, background and E-Verification checks for potential employees
