Our client, a leading automotive part supplier, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Engineering Manager to join their growing team. As a key member of their leadership group, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality components.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical role within a large automotive part manufacturer, with extensive experience in injection molding processes.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality excellence.
- Experience with automated or robotic painting systems is a plus.
