Calling all maintenance management legends! Our client, a major force in manufacturing, is on the hunt for a rockstar Maintenance Manager to lead their large team and keep their massive, heavy-duty facility humming.
**Been there, fixed that (for at least 5 years)? ** We’re looking for a seasoned pro with a proven track record of leading kick-ass maintenance crews in a heavy manufacturing environment.
**Predictive and preventative maintenance your jam? **This is your chance to shine! We need someone who can think ahead and keep things running smoothly.

Got the right stuff? We need someone with:
- At least 5 years of experience leading maintenance teams in a heavy manufacturing environment.
- Experience with High Voltage equipment (10K volts or more)
- Proven experience in Facilities Engineering Management and has led large dynamic teams
- A proven track record of implementing successful preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
- Must be an EXCELLENT communicator and a proven leader. This is not a desk jockey position. You will get your hands dirty!
