Molding Manager

With a track record of over 160 years across four continents and 22 production sites, the 10,000 skilled team members manufacture the latest exterior systems and components for the world’s leading automotive manufacturers. They are seeking a top grade molding manager for their plant in the Newbern, TN area.
A qualified candidate will have:
- Five (5+) plus years of experience in a plastic injection molding in a production leadership role serving the automotive manufacturing industry
- RJG and Paulson training would be a plus
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Must demonstrate leadership skills and have interpersonal skills/demeanor to motivate the staff and build trust with the workforce
