Plant Controller

The company is a privately held contract manufacturing firm with 50+ years of experience that offers leading edge engineering and advanced manufacturing to OEM’s in North America. The firm manufactures plastic components and assemblies using injection molding, and assembly processes. The company is looking for a Plant Controller in the St. Paul, MN area.
A qualified candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Business Administration
- Three (3) plus years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of inventory, cost accounting and general accounting, and financial statements
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
