The company is a privately held contract manufacturing firm of composite material to the industrial, electronics, aerospace, and defense industries. Financially stable with a strong growth trajectory that can offer a good work-life balance for the right professional. This is an on-site position in the Augusta, GA area.
A qualified candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Process Engineering role, preferably in the textile, automotive, fiberglass or glass manufacturing industries.
- Experience with formal Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques.
- Ability to use Statistical Process Control (SPC) software.
- Proficiency in Wonderware and/or Statgraphics would be preferred.
- Experience with capital project development and management would be preferred.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing techniques would be preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
