Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for plastics production.
- Monitor and analyze process performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production, to ensure seamless integration of new products and processes.
- Design and conduct experiments to test new materials, processes, and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation of process changes, experiments, and results.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on new processes and equipment.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in plastics technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred. Will accept experience instead of a Degree.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in plastics manufacturing or process engineering.
- Strong knowledge of plastics processing techniques, including extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, or thermoforming.
- Experience with process control systems and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
