Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Injection Molding Processor to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines and molds to produce high-quality plastic products. Duties
- Operate injection molding machines to produce plastic components according to specifications.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
- Assemble finished products and conduct quality checks using calipers and other measuring tools.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and implement lean manufacturing practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in training new employees on equipment operation and safety procedures.
- Knowledge and Ability to change molds safely.
- Must be able to trouble shoot.
- Must have at least 5 years experience as an Injection Molding Process Tech.
Skills
- Proficiency in plastics injection molding processes is essential.
- Familiarity with machining processes.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to use calipers and other tools for precise measurements.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining individual productivity.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency.
- A strong understanding of plastic materials.
