Regional Sales Manager – Southwest

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to make a significant impact in the Plastics/Polymer Processing Manufacturing Industry?

We’re seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our growing team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth in the Southwest region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual sales plans and budgets.
  • Identify and target key market segments, applications, and customers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers, distributors, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research and identify sales opportunities.
  • Provide quotes and ensure competitive pricing.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using a CRM system.
  • Analyze sales data to improve win rates.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry specifications and customer requirements
  • Closely coordinates sales development in the Energy (Oil & Gas initial focus, then expanding new energy markets)
  • Represent the company at regional trade shows and industry events.
  • Ability to travel (60%+) 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (technical field preferred)
  • Must have 8+ years of sales experience in the Plastics/Polymer Processing Manufacturing Industry
  • Proven experience selling specialty products
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in PC (MS Windows, Salesforce, ERP systems)
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a plus!

  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Candidates should live in Texas near a large metropolitan city with a major airport
