- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with a large manufacturing operation with a Union workforce, Teamsters experience is preferred, and global HR experience is preferred.
- Proficient with HR systems, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and company leadership.
- Experience being organized and working with a sense of urgency.
- Proficient in creating C-suite presentations related to policy, performance, and achievements.
