Labor Relations Specialist Needed for Global Manufacturing Firm in the Augusta, GA area

The company is a privately held US based manufacturing firm that is financially stable with a strong growth trajectory that can offer a good work-life balance for the right professional.

A qualified candidate will have:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, Accounting, or related field

· At least three (3+) years of professional human resource administration required with experience in employee relations

· SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred

· Experience with a large manufacturing operation with a Union workforce, Teamsters experience is preferred

· Experience conducting initial interviews and gathering information for employee relations matters such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other concerns

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees

· Experience Ensuring timely responses to all matters within the CBA including grievances, reporting, discipline, etc.
