Jerry Jones, Co-Owner of Management Recruiters of Tallahassee, is a 25-year veteran in the recruiting industry. Before recruiting, Jerry spent fifteen years conducting multiple operational turnarounds where rebuilding through recruiting, training, and development was crucial to the success of the functional improvements required. Jerry’s keys to success? Planning, learning, expectations, and execution all come to the forefront. Throughout his 25 years, one essential, non-negotiable principle was engrained at the beginning, “Take care of the person you are speaking to, because if you do this, you will never be without opportunities in business and life.”

Jerry’s recruiting philosophy is not just to find the requirements for the position. The right fit must be paramount to include culture, experience, skills, and capability. On numerous occasions, Jerry has been an invited speaker and recognized with many awards. Jerry gives back to the community by serving as a board member at The Florida State University College of Engineering, serving on the Dean’s Advisory Council and the Industrial Manufacturing Engineering Advisory Council.

There are other passions in Jerry’s life; his wife of 41 years, his family, college football, biking, and saltwater fishing.
