Matthew McCallister

Matthew graduated from Florida State University in the Spring of 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. He has a strong background in digital content marketing, and product merchandising, and previously worked as a recruiter and hiring manager in the restaurant industry. 

After working with our marketing team for 9 months, Matthew transitioned from being our Marketing Intern to becoming our Search Operations Specialist. He aided recruiters in their candidate searches, made connections and outreach calls, and learned the ins and outs of the recruiting cycle. Matthew also ensured our recruiting processes were effective and efficient and spent time training and onboarding new Search Ops team members. Matthew became an integral part of our recruiting efforts.

Currently, Matthew has been promoted to Recruiter. With over a year of Search Ops training under his belt, we are confident Matthew will aid our clients and candidates in finding the right match to meet their goals.
