Shortly after the tragic days surrounding 9/11, Mike went back to school to earn degrees in Golf Complex Operations and Golf Course Management. During this time, Mike discovered his passion for teaching others which led him to start and grow a highly successful golf academy, which he still operates to this day.

Mike was recruited to be part of the MRT family in 2012 and has developed a reputation for being the go-to recruiter for his clients.
